Our PLATINUM PROGRAM has been enhanced to provide you with an easy way to thank your clients for their referrals as well as ask them for feedback and testimonials.
Our 'THANK YOU FOR YOUR REFERRAL' program is administered right from your Platinum Enrollments report in our Client Control Panel in 4 easy steps:
- Select the client
- Indicate how to address the card (John Client, Jane Client, John & Jane Client, etc.)
- Provide the name of the referral (Used to personalize the Thank You message)
- Tell us whether to use the stock message or provide your own custom message!
It's that easy! All cards are printed using your chosen imprint color(s), hand written (including the content), and signed with your name. There is no limit to the number of thank you cards you can send your enrolled client! As with all our programs, you can easily review a list of the Thank You Cards you've sent at any time from the Client Control Panel.
Our CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY has been added as an optional feature at file enrollment in our Platinum Program. Like the other optional features (greeting cards, Thank You letter), you can elect to turn off the Survey card for any given client enrollment.
Unlike other Customer Survey programs, our survey is a comprehensive tool designed to solicit 5 key pieces of information to help you better grow your business:

- Feedback relating to your web site or, if you don't have a web site, their input on what they would like to see in a future web site
- Referrals of family & friends
- Client Testimonials
- Details of their future plans (buy, sell, rent, refi, etc.) and an estimated time frame
Our Customer Satisfaction Survey is a single sheet of high quality paper, printed on both sides and accompanied by a SASE for easy return. Like all our deliverables, it is customized with your information and using your chosen imprint colors. If you are sending a Thank You letter the survey will be enclosed with the letter; if you do not send a Thank You letter, the survey will be sent on its own.
